4 dead as landslides hit Benguet, Rizal

Continuous heavy rainfall from tropical cyclones and the southwest monsoon has caused landslides and flooding across the Philippines, resulting in at least four confirmed deaths. The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council reports that over 80,000 people have been affected, with thousands currently displaced in evacuation centers.
