HYDERABAD: The probe into a missing couple who allegedly left their home for Switzerland on June 22 has taken an intriguing turn with Cherlapally police discovering that the two collected several crores of rupees from multiple investors, to run a chit fund, before they left town.Cops are now looking into different angles to ascertain the facts of the case. The incident came light when a 23-year-old software professional lodged a complaint with the police on July 8 claiming that her parents, P Chandrasekhar (51) and Swapna (42) have been untraceable since they left home. The daughter also claimed that neither of their phones have been accessible since they went on their Swiss holiday. While police filed a missing person’s case based on her complaint, subsequent probe into the matter threw up a financial angle. Cops found that the two owed money to several investors.“The investigation is still in the initial stages, and we are yet to make a breakthrough,’’ said an official from Cherlapally police station. You Can Also Check: Gold Rate in Hyderabad | Silver Rate in Hyderabad | Bank Holidays in Hyderabad | Public Holidays in Hyderabad | Hyderabad AQI | Weather in Hyderabad | Petrol Price in Hyderabad | Diesel Price in Hyderabad | CNG Price in Hyderabad | LPG Price in HyderabadStay updated with the latest Hyderabad news.
