Alcohol costs P.E.I. more than it brings in, new provincial strategy says
Prince Edward Island has launched a new alcohol strategy aimed at reducing the health and economic burdens associated with drinking. The plan includes 16 recommendations to address high-risk consumption, which currently costs the province more in health-related expenses than it generates in revenue.
