<p>Hawke’s Bay police are appealing for information from the public after one person was killed in a single-vehicle crash on State Highway 2 in Hawke's Bay last week. </p> <p>Senior Sergeant Craig Vining said a silver-grey Holden VX Commodore left the south-bound lane of SH2 near Ōtāne at around 3pm on July 25 and crashed.</p> <p>One of the occupants inside the vehicle was killed – named by police as Sonique Glodean Campbell, aged 24, from Waipawa.</p> <p>Two other occupants from the car were in a serious condition in hospital.</p> <p>Vining said police now wanted to hear from witnesses who may have seen the Holden prior to the crash. </p> <p>“We would like to hear from anyone who saw the vehicle or has dashcam footage of it travelling towards Ōtāne. This information will help us piece together how this happened," he said. </p> <p>“Police would like to acknowledge and thank all members of the public who helped at the scene on the day,"</p> <p>He added that police's condolences and thoughts were with the whānau of the victims. </p> <p>Anyone with relevant information was encouraged to contact police via 105. </p>
