Ariha Pangambam on Friday created history by becoming the first Indian to win a gold medal in the senior women's individual event at the Aerobic Gymnastics Asian Championships.The Indian gymnast finished first in the final with a score of 19.100 to claim India's first-ever gold medal in the event.Ariha scored 8.650 in artistry, 7.600 in execution and 2.850 in difficulty to secure the title."A great achievement for us. Did very well.
