Artificial Intelligence could shift healthcare from diagnosing diseases after they emerge to predicting them earlier, while enabling personalised treatment, widening access to medical expertise and connecting fragmented patient records, said experts at ‘AI-Enabled Healthcare and Digital Transformation’ conference organised by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) in Hyderabad on Saturday.
