Ayra Starr opens up on complicated surgery, promises comeback

Afrobeats singer Ayra Starr has revealed she recently underwent major surgery, a development she said will keep her away from the public for a while. The Mavin Records star disclosed this on Thursday in an Instagram story addressed to her fans, known as “Mobstarrs”. “Hey Mobstarrs, I’m sorry you’re not seeing as much of me as I would like. I had major surgery a few days ago. I was hoping it would be a quick procedure, but it was more complicated than they expected,” she wrote.
