Telugu actor Nandamuri Balakrishna suffered an injury while shooting for his upcoming film 'NBK 111'. He was rushed to the hospital and underwent further evaluation in Hyderabad. The actor was first treated at a local hospital in Rajahmundry before being airlifted to AIG Hospitals where doctors are closely monitoring his condition. Reports from Hindustan Times state that a medical bulletin issued by the hospital clarified the nature of the injury and confirmed that Balakrishna remains stable. Meanwhile, the makers of 'NBK 111' reassured fans that there is no major cause for concern.Hospital confirms left knee injuryAIG Hospitals released an official health bulletin explaining that Balakrishna injured his left knee while filming in Rajahmundry. According to the hospital, he was shifted to Hyderabad for detailed medical evaluation after receiving initial treatment at a nearby facility.The bulletin stated, “Shri. Nandamuri Balakrishna Garu sustained an injury to his left knee while participating in a film shoot in Rajahmundry. He was provided initial medical treatment at a local hospital and was subsequently airlifted to AIG Hospitals, Hyderabad, for specialized evaluation and further management.”Doctors also shared preliminary findings from the examination. They said, “Preliminary evaluation showed a localized collection of blood and inflammation in the tissues around the left knee indicating a possible muscle tear in the region. He is currently undergoing extensive clinical and diagnostic investigations under the supervision of a team of orthopedic surgeons.”The hospital further noted that Balakrishna's previous medical history is also being considered when deciding the next course of treatment. It added, “Shri. Balakrishna's overall condition is stable, and he remains under close medical observation. The definitive treatment plan will be finalized after completion of the ongoing evaluation.
