The BJP State unit has welcomed the Telangana High Court’s order directing the immediate removal of HYDRAA (Hyderabad Disaster Response & Asset Protection Agency) Commissioner A.V. Ranganath from his post. Describing the verdict as a “strong slap” to the Congress government led by Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, State BJP president N. Ramchander Rao alleged that the administration had been functioning in violation of democratic principles.
