The Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) has urged the Election Commission of India (ECI) to use Aadhaar-enabled verification wherever legally permissible, artificial intelligence-assisted matching, facial recognition, GIS-based verification and de-duplication software, along with field verification, to accurately identify duplicate registrations while protecting genuine electors.
