Ocean Ridge and neighbouring communities have also drawn high-profile owners and buyers, including Oracle co-founder Larry Ellison, WeatherTech founder David MacNeil, Fox News host Sean Hannity and motivational speaker Tony Robbins.Waterfront construction can also cost substantially more than building inland because of requirements involving pilings, flood compliance and seawalls.The value of waterfront land was highlighted by the 2024 sale of Palm Beach’s only private island, 10 Tarpon Isle, for $152 million.Weinberg's real estate careerWeinberg, 75, has been involved in real estate for decades and has bought, built and sold numerous properties.
