Chief anti-HIV campaigner sees clear path to vaccine, and Kenya’s role in it

For more than 40 years, Dr Mark Feinberg has chased one of medicine's toughest goals: a vaccine against HIV. As president and CEO of the International Aids Vaccine Initiative (IAVI), a global non-profit that develops vaccines for diseases that hit poor countries hardest, he has spent his career pushing that dream closer to reality.
