Chinese AI Firm Siphoned American AI Knowledge From Anthropic Claude By Using Millions Of Prompts

Anthropic, an American AI firm, has accused Chinese AI firm Alibaba of a "distillation attack," alleging it illicitly siphoned digital knowledge from Anthropic's Claude LLM. Alibaba reportedly used 25,000 fraudulent accounts to conduct 28.8 million prompt-response exchanges, extracting vast amounts of data to train its own LLM in advanced areas.
