Clover Moore unveils 4,500 sq metre Sydney plaza design after more than 40 years of planning

The City of Sydney has unveiled plans for a 4,500 square metre public plaza near Town Hall, a project over 40 years in the making. The $150 million redevelopment involves acquiring and demolishing seven buildings, with construction expected to conclude by 2031.
