CM, Ministers should resign if they are not able to discharge Constitutional responsibilities: Narayansamy

He also called for an investigation into alleged irregularities regarding the state's free rice procurement scheme.
Criticising the National Democratic Alliance government in Puducherry for the delay in electing Speaker and allocating portfolios, former Chief Minister and Congress leader V. Narayanasamy on Tuesday said Chief Minister N. Rangasamy and the five Ministers should tender their resignation if they are unable to discharge constitutional responsibilities after getting voted to power.
