Tejaswin Shankar clinched a historic bronze for India in decathlon, becoming the first Indian to do so on Friday night. Neeraj Chopra claimed silver in men's javelin throw while Yash Vir Singh took bronze. Meanwhile, Indian judokas Asmita Dey and Harsh Singh claimed two gold medals on the judo mat on Friday at the Glasgow Commonwealth Games, with one more judoka, Yamini Mourya, claiming silver. Meanwhile, all 10 boxers from India won their semi-finals to keep India's 100 per cent track record in the boxing ring alive on Friday. Lovlina was in action for the first time at Glasgow, because she was given a bye in her first round.
