The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI), Visakhapatnam chapter, lauded the State government’s decision to amend the Andhra Pradesh Building Rules, 2017 through G.O. 161, issued on July 29, 2026. Industry leaders believe the revised framework will significantly simplify approvals, lower compliance costs, and invigorate sustainable urban development across the region.
