Japan international midfielder Daichi Kamada has signed a new one-year contract with Crystal Palace, with the Premier League club securing his services until the summer of 2027.The 29-year-old joined Palace from Serie A club Lazio in 2024 and has since become a key figure in its midfield, making 89 appearances across all competitions and helping the south London club win the FA Cup in 2025 and the UEFA Conference League this year.The first Japanese player in Palace’s history, Kamada scored in the 2026 Conference League semifinal and has won the club’s Player of the Month award twice.
