Day to night: Why these cafes in Bengaluru are doubling up as cocktail bars after dark

Cafes in Bengaluru are increasingly adopting a dual-format business model, operating as coffee shops during the day and transitioning into cocktail bars at night. This strategy aims to maximize real estate utility and cater to changing consumer moods throughout the day.
