Deep-learning-enabled multi-omics analyses for prediction of future metastasis in cancer

Researchers have developed a deep-learning framework called EmitGCL that predicts future cancer metastasis by identifying specific biomarkers. The study successfully validated the framework across six cancer types and identified potential therapeutic targets for breast cancer.
