Delhi govt. to repeal B&B law, table 3 Bills, 2 CAG reports in Monsoon Session

The Delhi government is set to table a Bill in the upcoming Monsoon Session to repeal the existing law governing the functioning of bed-and-breakfast (B&B) facilities — ‘The National Capital Territory of Delhi (Incredible India) Bed and Breakfast Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2007’ — two months after the fire at a one such facility in Malviya Nagar killed 23 people, including several foreigners.
