'Determined to get answers': Man dies after incident in Bay of Plenty forest

A man who was found critically injured following an incident in a Bay of Plenty forest has died in hospital. Police were called to Rotoehu Forest, northeast of Rotorua, at around 10.15pm on July 31. Harry Burlace, 24, was found in a critical condition, and on Monday, police announced he had died from his injuries in Rotorua Hospital. Detective Senior Sergeant Natalie Flowerdew-Brown said police's thought were with Burlace's family and friends. "“We are continuing to piece together the events that lead to Harry being critically injured, and continue to make a number of enquiries as to what happened,” she said. “We are determined to get answers for his family.”
