The historic Legislative Assembly Hall inside the State Secretariat came alive on Friday when 128 students from 20 schools in Thiruvananthapuram donned the role of parliamentarians as part of a mock parliament organised by Young Indians (Yi) Trivandrum. Chief Minister V.D. Satheesan, who addressed the students, reminded them that discourses and debates lent democracy its beauty.
