Drug peddler arrested, 26 grams MDMA seized

The Governorpet police of the NTR Commissionerate arrested a drug peddler identified as A. Bala Sai Sravan Kumar and seized 26.38 grams of MDMA. Based on a tip-off, the police apprehended the accused while he was trying to escape in a car and seized the MDMA, which was packed in five packets, along with the vehicle, at midnight on Monday (July 13, 2026). The accused will be produced in court, the police said on Tuesday (July 14).
