Eight A.P. players selected for National U-19 Chess Championship
Eight players from Andhra Pradesh have been selected to compete in the National Under-19 Chess Championship following a successful state-level tournament in Visakhapatnam. The event was organized by local chess associations to foster youth talent in the sport.
Eight players, four each in the boys’ and girls’ categories, were selected to represent Andhra Pradesh at the National Under-19 Chess Championship to be held in October after emerging successful in the State-Level Under-19 Chess Championship that concluded in Visakhapatnam. The tournament was organised by the Visakha Chess Association and Aditya Chess Academy under the aegis of the Andhra Chess Association.
