Electyrolyzer experiment designated ready-to-fly by NASA

NASA has approved a joint experiment by the Southwest Research Institute and the University of Texas at San Antonio for parabolic flight testing. The project, called MARS-C, tests an electrolyzer designed to produce oxygen and fuel from Martian resources.
