Engineers receive hands-on training in SCADA, IoT for wastewater management
Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering recently hosted a professional refresher course on SCADA and IoT technologies for wastewater management. The program aimed to train engineers on modern automation systems to improve the efficiency and sustainability of sewage treatment plants.
The Department of Environmental Engineering at Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering (SJCE), JSS Science and Technology University (JSS STU), Mysuru, recently organised a five-day CPHEEO-certified professional refresher course on automation, Internet of Things (IoT) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems for monitoring sewage treatment plants (STPs).
