Family of man killed by ICE in Biddeford asks public for pictures, videos of incident

BIDDEFORD (WGME) - The family of a man shot and killed by ICE in Biddeford is asking anyone if they have photos or videos of what happened. Officials say the ICE agents involved did not have functioning body cameras on July 13, when an agent shot and killed 26-year-old Johan Sebastian Duran Guerrero. Video was captured on a business's security camera after the shooting. They say even if the images don't capture the incident itself, they'll still be valuable to their independent investigation. "Whether they think it shows anything of value or not, really we're casting as wide a net as possible at this point in time, trying to get anything that exists on July 13, 2026, that Monday morning, specifically between around 6:30/6:45 and 7:30/7:45," attorney Sean P. Murphy said.
