FIFA World Cup matches: Restaurants request CM to extend closing timings to 2.30 a.m.
The National Restaurants Association of India has requested that the Bengaluru government extend restaurant operating hours to 2:30 a.m. to accommodate FIFA World Cup match screenings. The Chief Minister has reportedly responded positively to the request.
As the frenzy for the FIFA World Cup finals picks up and four matches remain before the finals, the National Restaurants Association of India (NRAI) Bengaluru Chapter has asked for an extension of the deadline, so that restaurants can operate until 2.30 a.m. only during football matches starting from Wednesday.
