Based on the recommendation of the cybercrime Inspector, Mr. Kannan invoked provisions of the Goondas Act against the trio. R. Kishore (22), who was arrested by the Kavundampalayam police on June 28 on the charge of peddling ganja, was also detained under the Goondas Act, said the release.
