Government asked: Where’s the flood control big fish?

Opposition lawmaker Antonio Tinio has accused the Marcos administration of selective prosecution in its ongoing flood control corruption investigation. He questioned why high-ranking officials remain untouched and suggested the President himself may be implicated in the scandal.
