Govt. orders action on TNHB land redevelopment issues

The Tamil Nadu Registration Department has ordered the District Registrar of Central Chennai to take action according to the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Apartment Ownership Act to resolve the issues relating to the redevelopment of a large land parcel developed by the Tamil Nadu Housing Board (TNHB) and protect the rights of the low Income group (LIG) and middle income group (MIG) residents.
