Principal Secretary (Municipal Administration & Urban Development) S. Suresh Kumar unveiled the government’s ‘green urban development agenda’ that comprises a financial incentive framework for sustainable buildings, Artificial Intelligence (AI)-enabled planning approvals, simplification of a slew of regulations and performance-based green certification.
