Guntur neurologist elected to World Stroke Organisation Board
Dr. P. Vijaya, a neurologist from Guntur, India, has been elected to the Board of Directors of the World Stroke Organisation. She will represent the Asia-Oceania region for a four-year term starting in 2026.

Vijaya, has been elected to the Board of Directors of World Stroke Organisation (WSO). She secured one of the 18 director positions through a global election involving 3,500 members from 95 countries.
