H-FAST cracks down on two fast food centers for multiple violations
The Hyderabad Food Adulteration Surveillance Team (H-FAST) raided two fast food centers in Hyderabad for severe hygiene violations. Officials seized reused cooking oil, artificial food colors, and raw chicken, leading to the apprehension of three individuals.
The Hyderabad Food Adulteration Surveillance Team (H-FAST) conducted a special enforcement drive against food safety violations at two fast food centres in Chandrayangutta area of Hyderabad on Friday (July 17). During the drive, officials seized around 20 litres of reused cooking oil, approximately 40 kg of fried chicken, around 40 kg of raw coloured chicken, three boxes and six packets of artificial or synthetic food colours.
