Habagat to bring rains after 'Inday' exits PAR

Tropical Storm Inday has exited the Philippine area of responsibility, but the southwest monsoon continues to bring rain to parts of the country. PAGASA has warned residents in affected areas to remain vigilant against potential flash floods and landslides.
MANILA, Philippines - The southwest monsoon will continue to bring rains over parts of the country even after Tropical Storm Bavi, locally named Inday while inside the Philippine area of responsibility, left the country's monitoring area, PAGASA said Sunday, July 12.
