HOPE-B Gene Therapy Holds Near-Normal Factor IX at Five Years
A five-year follow-up of the HOPE-B clinical trial shows that a single infusion of the gene therapy etranacogene dezaparvovec maintains near-normal factor IX levels in men with hemophilia B. The results suggest long-term efficacy for this AAV5-based treatment.
