Invest 91L declared in the Gulf, with heavy downpours expected in Florida - FOX Weather

Tropical Depression Two has officially formed in the Gulf of America right off the coast of Florida and is expected to bring heavy downpours to the Southeast. The storm — formerly known as Invest 91L — will move slowly to the north and north-west on the Southeast coastline. Tropical Storm Watches have been issued for portions of the Florida Gulf Coast.
