Isla Bell death: man previously accused of killing Melbourne teen loses bid to have final charge dropped
Marat Ganiev, previously accused of murdering Melbourne teenager Isla Bell, has lost his bid to have a remaining charge of perverting the course of justice dismissed. A judge ruled that the prosecution's decision to file a new indictment shortly before the trial did not constitute an abuse of process.
