KDF slams political parties for setting age limits for leaders

Political parties setting a strict age limit to phase out senior leaders from key positions is unethical, said Kerala Dalit Federation (KDF) State president P. Ramabhadran. Inaugurating the KDF State leadership meet on Sunday, he added that it is an unjust to push aside and ignore the knowledge, experience, and insights of individuals who have consistently demonstrated efficiency, administrative skills, and political wisdom. “The methodology used by certain political parties to ruthlessly reject individuals with long and illustrious track records in public service, solely based on age, is profoundly anti-democratic,” he said.
