RIGA - Latvia needs to move toward closer integration of military, civilian, public and private sector capabilities so that, if necessary, the country can respond more effectively to threats, Foreign Minister Baiba Braze (New Unity) emphasized on Friday in Riga while opening the 5th Forum of Latvian Professionals Working for International Organizations.
