Lauren Quaintance appointed as Independent Director

Vista Group appoints Lauren Quaintance as Independent Director Vista Group International Limited (NZX & ASX:VGL) is pleased to announce the appointment of Lauren Quaintance as an Independent Director with effect from 17 August 2026. Lauren Quaintance is a professional Director having had a successful executive career in media and marketing and as an entrepreneur. Lauren is a current Non-Executive Director of Turners Automotive Group (TRA), Autosure Insurance, J.Ballantyne and Co. and the Crusaders super rugby franchise – she is also the Chair of ChristchurchNZ Holdings. In an executive capacity, Lauren has held positions as Chief Media & Data Officer for Sky Television (SKT) and as Co-founder and Managing Director of Storyation, an award-winning digital content marketing agency, sold to ASX-listed NewsCorp Australia in 2019. Lauren was named Entrepreneur of the Year at the B&T Women in Media Awards in Australia in 2018. Lauren Quaintance is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Directors and holds a Masters of Science from Columbia University in New York, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Journalism from University of Canterbury, a Reuter Foundation Fellowship from the University of Oxford, and a Bachelor of Arts from Victoria University of Wellington.
