Ireland's 16th National Lottery millionaire of the year has been crowned after a life-changing draw took place yesterday, Sunday July 12. The top prize of €1 million was won by a Daily Million player in Dublin , having purchased the winning ticket on Saturday, July 11. The winning numbers in the 2pm draw on Sunday 12 July were: 01, 07, 13, 17, 19, 28 and the bonus was 06. National Lottery bosses have sent an email to the online winner, encouraging them to check their account. National Lottery spokesperson Sarah Orr said: "What a way to finish the weekend by becoming a millionaire! That’s the reality of an online player in Dublin who won the top prize in the 2pm Daily Million draw on Sunday afternoon. "An email was sent to the winner, who has now taken the title of 16th National Lottery millionaire of 2026, encouraging them to log into their account. The winner should contact our Prize Claims team who will make arrangements for them to visit the Winners Room to collect their €1 million top prize." The lucky winner is advised to contact the Prize Claims team on 1800 666 222 or email claims@lottery.ie and arrangements will be made for them to visit Lottery HQ to collect their winnings. Meanwhile, a Co Limerick syndicate expressed their delight as they collected their €15,690 prize after matching five numbers in the EuroMillions draw from June 30. This ticket was bought at Centra Monaleen in Castletroy, Limerick. "I was popping in for fuel when I decided to pick up our ticket at the same time. I checked the ticket later that evening and when I saw the ‘You’ve won Big’ message, I immediately assumed it was the €5,000 Raffle prize. It was only when I saw the prize breakdown that I realized I needed to add over €10,000 to that amount. I shared the good news with the rest of the syndicate immediately and no one could believe it. Holidays are the big plan for now!" Subscribe to our newsletter for the latest news from the Irish Mirror direct to your inbox: Sign up here.
