An inquiry by the Independent Commission Against Corruption (Icac) in New South Wales is investigating allegations that members of a conservative Liberal party faction received kickbacks. The payments were allegedly funneled through a lobbying company via a contract with Catholic Schools NSW to support branch-stacking efforts.
