The system assigns a unique digital ID to land parcels, aiming to curb fraud and integrate various government departments onto a single, tamper-proof platform.
Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu on Thursday virtually launched the Mee Bhoomi - Blockchain pilot project which is intended to protect land records, and targeted to be expanded throughout the State from November. Under the project, a unique digital ID will be assigned to every land parcel which makes the records tamper-proof and the transactions secure.
