New head of Australian trade union movement named after Sally McManus steps down
Melissa Donnelly, the national secretary of the Community and Public Sector Union, has been named the new head of the Australian Council of Trade Unions. She succeeds Sally McManus, who is stepping down after leading the organization alongside president Michele O'Neil.
