Obstacle record holder Precious Cabuya to compete in 2026 OCR World Championships

<p>Obstacle racing world record holder and Guinness World Records titleholder Precious Cabuya is set to compete in the 2026 OCR World Championships in Limerick, Ireland. </p><p>The national athlete, who has broken the 100-meter obstacle world record five times, will compete against the world's top athletes in the 100-meter obstacle event. </p><p>Cabuya also holds the Guinness World Records title for <a href="https://www.guinnessworldrecords.com/world-records/690054-fastest-100m-obstacle-course-race-in-competition-fiso-female" target="_blank">the fastest 100-meter obstacle course race in competition</a> after clocking 32.732 seconds at the 2023 Southeast Asian Games.</p><p>Last year, she competed in the OCR World Championships in both the elite women's individual and elite mixed team relay events.</p><p><strong> - Justin Kenneth Carandang/JMB GMA News</strong></p>
