P.S. Senior Secondary School wins Chettinad Vidyashram Model UN contest

P.S. Senior Secondary School, Mylapore, was adjudged the winner at the Chettinad Vidyashram Model United Nations (MUNs) 2026 contest held recently. The event featured 12 executive boards and committees spanning geopolitics, economic affairs, visual media, and print media domains. The four-day event witnessed intense debate and negotiations with delegates emphasising on dialogue, diplomacy, and forward thinking to work towards conflict resolution, a press release said. Rajesh Bhowmick, First Secretary and Head of Chancery, Deputy High Commission of Bangladesh in Chennai, highlighted the role of MUNs in shaping young leaders. Subhasri Vijayakumar, Head of Information and Library, Goethe Institute/Max Mueller Bhavan, and S. Amudha Lakshmi, principal, Chettinad Vidyashram, also spoke.
