Powerball First Division jackpot rolls over to massive $28 million

<p>Lotto's huge $25 million Powerball First Division prize was not struck last night, and would jump to $28 million on Wednesday. </p> <p>The winning numbers were 21, 26, 10, 40, 22 and 37.
