Jagan Mohan Reddy on Thursday said governance in Andhra Pradesh completely collapsed and directed the party MPs to raise people’s issues, corruption, illegal cases, farmer distress, employee problems, rising debt and scams in both Houses of Parliament during its monsoon session beginning on July 20.
